Return and Refund Policy
We always try our best to offer the best quality. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dresses. Please check clearly the products after you receive your parcel, if any problem, please contact us within 30 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will be accepted when:
- Items were purchased in the last 30 days
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Items are unused
- Items are in their original packaging
We recommend all items to be returned via track and trace.
When the items arrive and the above criteria is met, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
Return postage costs is at your own expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a few pictures of the damaged product and submit it to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief description of the issue. Please provide your order number in the subject line.
Order Cancellation: Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order so we can look at this issue and solve it for you quickly.
If the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we couldn’t cancel and refund it during the transit. If you still want refund, we will refund you after we receive the parcel you returned.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If you receive damaged product or wrong product we also offer refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
